Entitled "Towards a Safe Environment for Every Child," CMHP conducted an awareness session for orphan caregivers

GCMHP conducted an awareness session attended by 23 women who are caregivers for orphans. The session addressed the concept of child protection, the importance of a safe psychological and social environment for every child, the role of caregivers as the first line of defense, the types of abuse children may face, warning signs, how to deal with them, and safe, supportive parenting methods.

At the end of the session, a "What Would You Do If You Were in Their Place?" activity was conducted, followed by a discussion with the mothers.
