GCMHP conducted the first in a series of professional supervision sessions for its staff, with the participation of five professionals from the Gaza Community Centre.
The session aimed to enhance the participants' professional competence, support their ability to manage psychosocial cases, and review and develop professional practices through guidance, discussion, and the exchange of experiences.
It also provided a professional forum to discuss challenges faced by field staff and to offer the necessary guidance and support, helping them develop more effective professional responses to the needs of beneficiaries.
