GCMHP Participates in a Series of Discussions on the Mental Health Sector in Gaza

At the invitation of War Child Holland, Dr. Yasser Abu Jamei, Director General of GCMHP, participated in a series of discussions and updates regarding the future of operations and the reality of mental health and social support in Palestine. These events were hosted in The Hague and Amsterdam in September 2026.

The participation involved engaging with experts in The Hague to address operational challenges and the necessity of integrating mental health needs into essential relief efforts. Additionally, specialized presentations were delivered at the headquarters of Save the Children and War Child Holland, outlining the services provided and the actual challenges faced on the ground.
